State of the Art

Students will use a state of the art Yamaha Clavinova to play, record, compose, interact with an iPad and much more as part of the technology lab time in every lesson.

Groups and Games

Group activities and games, especially used during summer lessons, make learning fun and effective!  Off the bench games, even in private lessons, help students focus on skills one at a time such as note reading, intervals, rhythm, or building scales.

MMTA Events

Students have the opportunity to participate in the Minnesota Music Teachers Association exams and contests.  Students of Keys to Imagination have all earned high distinction and distinction ratings and have been regional winners in the contest.
